Stainless Steel Chambers
One 48” diameter x 41” long 318 SS Chamber
This chamber is built from 304 SS. It is 41” long with a 48” ID and
12” flange on the door. Side flanges are 12 ½” and four side flanges are
3 ¾” flanges. The ports have bolt holes but no O rings. The door is a
domed door that is hinged on one side.
The vessel has a glass bead finish.
One 34” x 33” x 34” 304 SS Vacuum Vessel Built
to ASME Section 8
This stainless steel vacuum vessel was built to ASME section 8 with 1”
thick material. Currently, it has no door, ports or holes. These would
be very easy to add to make this chamber suit any application.
The chamber’s internal dimensions are 32”x32” cubed.
Two 16” Deep x 24” ID 304 SS Chambers with
Domed Lid
There are two of these stainless steel chambers with a round body,
24” ID and 31”x28” flange. O-ring style is square.
Water trace is ½” round tubing. Bottom base has 6” OD through hole
along with nine 1½” thru holes.
There is 10 ¼” tubing out one side of the body.
Glass beaded surface finish.
One 33” high by 34” x 6” 304 SS Chamber
This is a 4” deep chamber with a 27 ½” x 26 ½” opening and a dove
tail style O-ring on the main opening.
There are holes at 7.875 and 8.750.
One 28” High by 24” ID and 27 ¾” OD 304 SS
Chamber
This chamber has 2 flanges 1 ½” thick square O-ring grooves, double
wall construction polished inside and outside to a mirror finish.
Between the two walls is a baffle that directs the water flow thru
the vessel keeping the chamber cool during extremely high temperature
processes.
AluminumChambers
One 1500mm x 1000mm x 1047mm Aluminum Process
Chamber
This chamber features three 1500mm x 958 mm windows, 261mm thru holes,
2.318 mm thru holes and 2.102 mm thru holes.
The vessel is made from K100 cast aluminum.
The internal and external surfaces have a jitterbug finish.
Three 40.1” x 54.5” x 14.250” 6061-T6 Aluminum
Process Chambers
These chambers feature a dovetail style O-ring, 10.280 bore thru bottom,
two 14 ½” x 54 ½” side flanges and 5 ½” x 47” openings with square
O-rings.
Four 52 ½” x 37 ½” x 5 ½” 6061-T6 Aluminum
Vacuum Chambers
These chambers feature a dovetail O-ring groove, two 1.63” holes in the
base, four 2.0” holes in the base and a 10” x 4 ½” cut out in the narrow
side.
