Precision Metal Works Ltd. has been manufacturing vacuum chambers and components for the semi-conductor and thin film coating industries since 1988. We operate from a modern facility located near Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. We serve companies in North America, Europe and Asia.

As an ISO registered company, our primary focus is on quality. Our policy is to provide quality vacuum chambers and components by striving to exceed the needs and expectations of our customers. Statistical methods are used to monitor quality performance and isolate major problems for immediate solutions.

Precision Metal Works Ltd. is comprised of five main departments:

ENGINEERING
Precision Metal Works offers in house engineering using SolidWorks, CAMWorks, AutoCAD and CADKey software to help you design or re-design your vacuum chambers. We work with drawings from Canada, USA, Europe and Asia and can design products from customers' conceptual drawings.

FABRICATION
Precision Metal Works has a full fabrication department including material preparation equipment and MIG, TIG welding for stainless steel and aluminum. We have a contaminate free environment for high quality welding.

MACHINING
Precision has a full CNC machine shop that can manufacture a wide variety of products within an envelope size of 12'x12'x6'.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
All incoming and outgoing products are fully inspected using Precision Metal Works Ltd.'s ISO quality plan.

ASSEMBLY & TESTING
Precision's full assembly and testing facility is located in house and we can offer customers completely assembled products in a contaminant free environment.
